- Sole developer of the front end, a Next.js app over the Encode Club bootcamp's Lottery contracts: wallet connection, views for tokens, bets, the lottery, prizes and an admin, and automated releases.
Problem
The Encode Club Solidity bootcamp's Lottery and LotteryToken contracts needed a front end, so players could connect a wallet, get the lottery's tokens, bet and collect prizes without calling the contracts by hand.
Outcome
Players connect a wallet through RainbowKit and read and write the contracts through wagmi and viem: they place one bet or many, and follow a countdown to the lottery's draw. Commits are checked by Husky and commitlint, and semantic-release versions each release, up to 0.3.0 in September 2024.
