Tianweb ("Tianweb," "we," "us," or "our") operates the EquiPlay mobile application ("EquiPlay" or the "App").
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping EquiPlay simple and privacy-friendly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is stored when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
EquiPlay does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App.
We do not intentionally collect, store, sell, or share personally identifiable information (PII), including your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or other information that directly identifies you.
EquiPlay also does not intentionally collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or device identifiers.
2. Local Data Storage
Your gameplay progress, preferences, settings, and other App-related data are stored locally on your device.
This information is not transmitted to our servers by EquiPlay. If you uninstall the App or clear its application data, locally stored information may be permanently deleted.
3. Children's Privacy
EquiPlay is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or require children to provide personal information to use the App.
Because EquiPlay does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information, parents and guardians can allow children to use the App without providing personal data to us.
4. Third-Party Services
EquiPlay does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or other services designed to collect personal information from users.
